People
Our strength lies in our people. We have nine senior researchers and associates, all of whom have had extensive research and public policy experience. They are assisted by Research Analysts who bring to Motu an array of different skills and interests. We also have a team of administrative staff from varying backgrounds who control our accounts, library, communications, recruitment and information technology.
Motu Affiliates are excellent, active researchers also working on issues related to Motu research programmes. We are governed by a board of trustees chaired by John Hay, while members of the Motu international panel have agreed to act as advisors to the director. We keep track of our alumni as they head into the world after their time at Motu.
