Malathi Velamuri

Malathi is a Lecturer in the School of Economics and Finance at Victoria University of Wellington.

She currently teaches Labour Economics at undergraduate and honours level. Her research interests include labour supply, internal labour markets, the link between crime and employment and health issues. Malathi has a Masters degree from the University of Madras, India and a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin.
