Matt Thirkettle

Matt was a research analyst at Motu between December 2013 and July 2014, after completing a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in mathematics and economics at the University of Canterbury. 

At Motu Matt worked with Adam Jaffe to investigate factors contributing to firm productivity in New Zealand. He also studied the impact of agriculture practices on water quality with Suzi Kerr.

Matt left Motu to pursue his PhD at Cornell University.
